IRLHost.gg provides professional IRL streaming infrastructure, including SRT relay servers and OBS scene management via our OBS plugin. Services are provided on a subscription basis.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you explicitly cancel it through your dashboard prior to the renewal date.
By starting a subscription, you grant us explicit permission and authorization to automatically charge your payment method on file for the recurring subscription fee. You are responsible for ensuring that your primary payment method is up to date.
Failure to cancel your subscription before the renewal date, or claiming you "forgot" to cancel, does not entitle you to a refund of the subscription fee. You agree that we are not responsible for any overdraft or over-limit fees resulting from these automatic charges.
Our Service allows you to stream content. You are responsible for the content you stream and must ensure it complies with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms (e.g., Twitch, Kick).
In no event shall IRLHost.gg, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
